THE PROCESS

• Once your payment has cleared, we will send you an automated e-mail confirming the sale and the address to which your order must be sent.
• All orders are shipped by courier to the address given at checkout. We ship both to South Africa and international addresses.
• All orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days of payment having cleared.
• Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping address.
• If you live in a main city centre, your order should take between 2-5 days.
• If you live in a remote area, it could take up to 5 days.
• Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to get a more exact estimate.

SHIPPING | COURIER COSTS

• Within South Africa: Our courier service, will deliver your parcel to your door, and will require a signature from the receiver. Delivery between 24 to 72 hours, destination dependent, Monday to Friday (Business days). Remote outlying/ regional areas may take longer than 72 hours as service frequency cannot be guaranteed at time of dropping shipment off. Shipping to an address within South Africa is free for orders over R800 or more. 
• Outside South Africa: For orders outside South Africa, we will send you an email with a cost estimate based on your delivery address supplied during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• International customers, please note that you may have to pay customs duties when your order arrives in your country. This is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible if you need to pay customs duties to receive your parcel.

RETURNS

• You are welcome to return any purchase within seven days of receiving it. You will however be liable for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
• Once we have received your returned order, and are satisfied it is in its original packaging, we will issue you with a refund or credit note to the value of the items returned.
• Please note our watercolours may show slight bubbles, cracks, or stickiness. These are normal and won’t affect quality. Some colours might feel sticky at first but improve with use. Add a drop of glycerin if the paint crumbles.

REFUNDS

• Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within three business days.
